Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 4 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
• Orders that have already been shipped or successfully delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
